Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Aicre (“Aicre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites and services (collectively, the “Service”). Aicre is a commercial real-estate (CRE) data and workflow platform providing property search, AI-based parcel scoring, and a CRM for acquisitions teams. This policy is a summary to help you get started—it’s not legal advice.
Information We Collect
- Account & Authentication. Name, email, password hash, organization/tenant, user role; audit logs (e.g., logins, settings changes).
- Workspace/Customer Data. Parcel overlays and attributes; AI scores; notes, tags, tasks, pipeline stage; attachments; and skip-trace contact data (e.g., names, phone numbers, emails) uploaded or synced by your organization.
- Usage & Device. Event data (pages, clicks), device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, performance metrics.
- Location & Map Context. Approximate geolocation derived from IP, and map viewport/tiles requested when you interact with maps.
- Cookies & Similar Tech. Necessary cookies for login and security; optional analytics/functional cookies if enabled.
- Third-Party Sources. Public records, licensed data providers, and your own integrations (e.g., contact vendors) as directed by your organization.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service (authentication, tenant isolation, audit).
- Enable features: property search, parcel scoring/recommendations, CRM workflows.
- Support, troubleshoot, and improve product performance and reliability.
- Develop new features, including model quality evaluation (using de-identified/aggregated data where possible).
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support; optional marketing with your consent where required.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data under one or more of: contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligations.
How We Share Information
- Service Providers (Processors). Hosting, storage, analytics, email, support tools, and optional AI model infrastructure that process data on our behalf under contracts and confidentiality.
- Customer-Directed Sharing. Integrations or exports you enable (e.g., contact vendors, data enrichment). Your organization controls these connections.
- Legal & Safety. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver the Service to your organization and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., security logs, backups). We honor customer deletion requests for workspace data; references may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period as part of standard disaster-recovery practices.
Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process (e.g., encryption in transit, role-based access, tenant separation). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International Data Transfers
If data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and require our processors to do the same.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object/restrict certain processing. For California residents, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of “sale/share” if applicable). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and—if you are part of an organization—work through your workspace admin.
Cookies
We use: (1) strictly necessary cookies for login and security; (2) optional functional/analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the Service. You can manage cookies in your browser; regions that require consent will see a banner.
AI & Recommendations
AI scoring and recommendations are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. They are provided to assist your team—not to replace independent verification or professional advice. Customer data is tenant-isolated; model providers (if used) act under our instructions and contractual safeguards.
Children
The Service is for business use and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under applicable age thresholds.
Third-Party Services & Maps
The Service may link to third-party services and display third-party map tiles or data. Those providers’ privacy practices govern their services.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated via email or in-app notice.
